Write a check to Astro for RM 0. I heard of cases like this b4. Paying RM 0 will cause the computer to "unbar" you.

Actually wanted to post comment in the othe page but ended up here so nevermindlah!Firstly, thank u for blogging as it is interesting 4readers like me to read.It is indeed interesting to know more abt Wong Sifu (got Master degree ma ha ha!). Next time must call Wong Yi Sang liao!( after pHD is Dr. Wong ma Ha HA!!)Stephen Hawkings also went thru a lot of struggle ma. I think more than a lot of people. He was born normal but develop motor neuron disease that made him lose nearly all motor movements. He can’t talk with normal voice but talks with the help of a speech synthesizer programme!Anyway hope we can agree to disagree n not dwell too much on the matter.

Here is another health tip! Nuts or Legumes contains high levels of purine which breaksdown to uric acid .if u overdose it can cause crystallization in the body joints and cause gout. Exercise n drink lots of water helps prevent gout coz if u hv gout u normally hv difficulty with exercise.

Gastric is aggravated by coffee n tea due to tannic acid and caffeine. So stop the coffee and tea for a period of time if u really wan to get well. In severe attack, u will vomit! which is natural body reaction to reject the stuff that do damage to ur stomach!Forget about chilli/spicy stuff 4 the time being too. The good news is ur stomach lining actually renews itself every 10 days depending on ur age.So take care of the food intake n u will get well. Bitter gourd is good (Fu Kua) as its slightly alkaline. And eating regular small meals is better than stuffing urself n starving later so u don’t overstretch ur stomach lining n stress the digestive system.
Another cause for gastric is H Pylori bacteria which flourishes in acidic environment. For this u need to take antibiotics to kill it! But medical checkup is required first.
Don’t worry im not selling any health products!
Till next blog!

Wow...you sound like Blat Yi Sang (Dr. Bflat), wonder who you are..:)

Anyway, thanks for the good tips on Nuts or Legumes, you are very right!

I love coffee, but due to the gastric, I have not taken coffee for a long long time. :(

On Stephen Hawking, I simply not a great of his, relatively speaking as compare with Einstein and Newton with the reasons I stated, but this does not mean I don't think he is a great man. His courage and strength to excel despite of his physical condition is something admirable and much to be learnt by us.
